With their unique and spellbinding sound, The Erasmus Trio has made an impact in concert venues around Holland, England and Spain. The Trio  takes its name from Erasmo de Rotterdam, the father of the philosophycal movement called "erasmism", focus on the knowledge of the human nature.

The Trio was formed in 2003, and is still made up of the original three members. The Trio has an outstanding reputation for the interpretation of XVIII repertoire as well as for the many classical, romantic and modern masterpieces of the flute-cello-piano repertoire.
